I was born and raised in Detroit when auto plants were humming, Motown was a record label, and ethnic festivals were something you attended on weekends. Probably the only MotoCamper who does not need Google Maps to find Paw Paw. Remember driving the old Triumph Bonneville from Detroit to Chicago (during the 70's) where liquor was cheap, and parties galore on Michigan Avenue. Always stopped in Paw Paw for gas, and to regain some feeling in the hands and feet. The vibration on those British machines was unbelievable.
