Yep, I did also but it is no longer 10.00. It has gone up to 80.00 + 10.00 for processing.

Glad to hear National Parks are free to Vets.
My card is a Senior Pass. I got it when they were still $10. Just don’t lose them. They won’t replace them.
You’ll have to spend the current $80 to get a new one. My wife does a better job hanging on to it than I do.
Wonder why that is. Now where are my keys?

Even at $80.00 it's still a good deal, IMHO.
I'm retired Military but my wife isn't, she still has to pay if we're on separate bikes.
