  • Properly storing your camper to prevent corrosion and/or rust?

Hey all. When I got home from TN yesterday, I knew the timeout was a little wet when I put away at the campground in the AM, so I got it out to dry out when I arrived home. I'm noticing there is a fair amount of corrosion on some of the joints, screws, hinges, piano hinges, etc. I store it in a garage, and can't say I've ever really had it out in the rain [and subsequently put away wet], so I'm a bit surprised. Anyhow, is there any protocol that you use to store your units and keep the rust down? I went over everything metal with a silicon lubricant but wonder if there are other tried and true methods.
