We had a great weekend up till I pulled in front of my inlaws house so the wife could pick up her truck. Hit a patch of mud as I stopped the bike it slid out from under me. I now have a broken ankle and the wife is bruised up. But on a high note we loved sleeping off the ground.

Sorry to hear of the slide out, break and bruises.
Yes up off the ground beats a sore back on the ground.

Ouch! Its bad enough putting the bike down but then having to relive it every time some body asks about your ankle. I hope you heal quickly.

Ouch!! I hope u r parked for awhile, like 8 weeks awhile to heal then therapy?...I had a heel shifter installed on my bike when I had it as I was not able to upshift anymore after spraining my left foot twice. Don't know what u have on your bike but....to be honest it would not make much difference to me whether I sleep on the ground or off, my back would still bother me anyway,oh prolly a bit less off the ground, but it would still be there..good luck with your injuries!

If you have to have an audience to a mishap, what better one then in-laws to remind you at every get together...
