Great post thanks for taking the time.

I know I should do more around here but I love riding and camping and just wanted a place for other like me to meet. Now that things in my life have changed I don't have the time to spend here doing them. I like the way we keep it unorganized so everyone can enjoy the event and not have to work all weekend. A big thanks to all that help me here all the time.

Exactly Rick! I just wanted to let new members or prospective members know that we aren't an "Organization", we are simply old friends getting together to ride and camp. And we enjoy meeting new friends to ride and camp with. I think some were taking the word "Event" a little farther than what it is. I just didn't want people to travel long distances thinking they were going to see vendors, demonstrations, or an itinerary for the weekend. There are events like that going on most every weekend, if that's what you are looking for.

TNtaveler, thank you for the kind words! Like I said before, I just wanted people to know we are a friendly group to hang out and ride with. I know there are probably a lot of people like me who are shy or apprehensive about going to an event where they don't know anyone. You won't find a better bunch than we have here!

True, but I always go with friends, or I meet up with them when I get there. That's where I met Keith!
