    Pressure cooker( pot roast.)

This is a simple meal. 3lb chuck roast, 4 potatoes ( Peeled and slice in half) Celery, onions cup of each. Carrots 4 large( peel and cut in large pieces). First brown the roast in cooker with a little olive oil. Add a can of beef broth . Sprinkle salt and pepper over roast. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions on top of the roast. Put on lid, and add heat. When pressure is up, time 25 minuets, and then let cool. This meal will serve 4 or have leftovers. You can make gravy with what is in the cooker after all is removed, add flour and heat.

This is a great meal in about 45 minuets, and one pot cleanup.

Sounds great except for the celery! Well, I can eat it, just don't care for it much.

You going to do a full cook book? I bought a 4 quart one at goodwill. It had the original cook book with it. It did not have the weight and I am still looking for one.

I'm not big on celery either. For that matter, I'm not big on cooking. But I think I am going to try this one.

Hey Dave, you can put in what you want. The flavor is so much better in the pressure cooker, and the time is quick. Let me know how it is.
