My Galaxy S5 has accuweather by default on the home screen. I used to work outside every day, rain/snow/shine I was outside. I dressed in the morning according to what accuweather and weather.com said. Usually they agreed.

Where I live, in western Maryland, we have two mountain ranges which go sort of east-west, one above us and one below us. So we are in a shallow valley, at about 600 feet above sea level. Weather coming from the west and north tends to get pushed up the mountains and go around us. Its the southern storms that pound us, they roll right up the valley from the east side. When those hit in winter, we get a lot of snow.
