Toss that baby on your garage floor this winter. You know pretty quickly how good it is

Deb, I tried out the new pad and Pillow in the front room last 2 nights. Still amazes me how fast/easy this thing inflates!
I have no doubt the pad will work well in cooler temps as when I lay down on it I can feel the warmth from it immediately!

The pillow I got (besides being very compact and takes just 3 breathes to fully inflate) is fine as is for back sleepers. It lacks a bit of height for side sleepers like me, so on the 2nd night, I put it inside the fleece pillow case I made for my other inflatable pillow and then slipped my hand underneath it palm side down while I slept and it worked out just fine!

Re: NEMO Cosmo Insulated Air Sleeping Pad

After reading thru this thread, I decided to purchase one of these pads. Ordered from REI (I have a store 15 minutes away) and will pick it up tomorrow. Unfortunately, I cannot camp until the Spring because I have to have a series of operations in the next month. So the test run will have to wait but I couldn't pass up the price. Thanks, Dusty for the post about the sale price. I plan on using this on top of my new mattress, that I got from Dave B (Bluetick) for the camper I am building (Thanks Dave & Cindy).

    Jim
