    Had a little WHOOPS!

Newbie mistake with my Mini Mate. Did not have the hitch locked down.

I'm guessing you're not using quick links on the safety chains? Very lucky you did not injury yourself or even someone else.

The owner before me was using bent over quick links as the hooks. I know they have no integrity when not done up so this was a cosmetic fix only. I'm going to quick links from now on. Realized my chains were too long too. I had set them up when I car towed in May. I never want to deal with a run-away trailer again.

I've picked up more YouTube subscribers in one day as well the most views in 6 hours ever. I will try to not put myself or anyone else in jeopardy again for YouTube views. Hopefully I can do good videos without the possibility of injury.

Sorry man that's right could have been worse.

I once checked the bearings on a boat trailer, it made it from Mo.
to TX. and half way home, and I lost a wheel. It passed me crossed,
median, across the other lane and down a hill lost all the lug nuts.
Lucky hit no one. Took two lug nuts off other side and slowly made
it to next town and Auto Parts Store. I made it a learning lesson.

Someone lost King Mattress on four lane once but they did not come
back to get it. Lucky for me I was two lanes over. My GW Trike would
    not clear a possum. LOL

Glad no injuries but great video. I know that's not the important part of this story but no injuries and lesson learned is a good thing.

It took courage to air that footage!, Thanks, I'll try to remember that lesson. In the furture, maybe you should have a camera angle for the hitch ball...imagine the drama and music possibilities if the uncoupling took place over a mile or two!

Glad the damage was so minor.

I certainly was not going to keep the video to myself lol... first time I ever had 4 cameras going at once. If I can't set a good example I should at least be a great warning. That will not happen again (he says with great confidence).
