First test-pack on my new bike!

I'm now a V-Strom trooper and I think I have figured out how to get all of my gear to stay on the bike.

Those are bicycle panniers attached to the front of the boxes, resting on the passenger footpegs.

I thought it went pretty well for the first time. It all seems to fit.

Looking forward to the Chillout for its maiden motocamp.

Green states, camped in - Orange states, ridden in.

Looks great Jerry! How do you like that windshield? I have a Givi Airflow ordered that’s supposed to arrive Monday. I’m hoping it works out for me. The stock one doesn’t buffet like my 05 did, but it’s just very noisy.

I'm okay with it so far. I'm spoiled, coming from two bikes that had adjustables, but I've played around with that flappy lip a bit and so far, buffeting seems minimal. This one adjusts to three heights with tools, I've left it in 'medium' for now. The seat seems okay too but I had to raise the gear shift lever.
