did all the mods.... lengthened the tongue with a new piece of 2x2 out to 5ft. Removed one leaf, and rubber hosed the bolt on the axle, as well as adding some rubber between leaf and frame. Got rid of the crappy lights, and added 4 Halo LED's on the rear. They have a halo ring on running light, but are bright as hell when you stop!! Also painted the wheels black, and added the chrome hubcaps (with a little grinding with a Dremel) to really make them pop.

All told, my trailer came to about $672

I beefed up the motor on the bike by putting in a different cam, A/C, exhaust, and carb kit. I plan on adding a chrome rear bumper to the trailer this spring.

Do yourself a favor and order new bearings from Harbor freight Now. They are the only place to get replacement bearings for those spindles. They don't last long either I'd rather be looking at them than for them when it comes time to replace them. Otherwise I have always done well with mine

anyone painted the tops on their trailers (the HF tag a longs)? I want to paint mine, but worried about flexing and the paint cracking
