The people at the meat market told us it was smoked boneless pork loin when I asked exactly what is "Canadian bacon". Fabricator said I had to take a picture because he knew it would fire you up! Have a great day. We are off to Iron Pony in Columbus today. We are camping in our toy hauler at Dillon Lake State Park which is only about and hour and half from our house. The original plan was the southeast coast or PA campout on the trike with the little camper but Irma and my back flaring up with a resulting epidural changed our plans.

WOW! Thanks Dusty for clearing that up, for just a minute I was questioning what I thought I knew about beacon, tender lion & ham! That portion looks great!

Back when I lived in Cambridge Ont. that was called peameal bacon. I, unfortunately, never got to try it.

Yeah; I much prefer those tender lions to the tough ones.

I like bacon. Thin sliced, thick sliced, smoked, cured, American, Canadian, Irish or Australian. It's ALL good!

Were you in the Berlin/Millersburg area?
