trip with the new extended tongue on Aspen Classic

I just returned from my first real camping trip with the new extended tongue I ordered for the Aspen classic towed by my Electriglide ultra low. Five hours up and five back and I camped on fairly uneven ground. Here are my impressions:
    1. The extended length seems to have totally erased the instability I had when towing over sixty. I would sometimes reach speeds of 75 or so depending on traffic.
    2. No buffeting from following semi trucks. In the past I have notice a lot of buffeting when following at about 75 yards, not closer and not farther.
    3. When setting up I would set the tongue on the ground and lower the back stands. Then lower the jack stand on the tongue and raise it as high as possible thus giving me clearance for the front stands to come down. In the past it was always a fight to lower the jackstands on anything but a flat slab.
    4. Backing (given a terrain that allows it) is now easier without jackknifing the trailer.

Overall I consider it a worthwhile investment.
