I have been an active scouter for many years. I have cooked some incredible things with a dutch oven. Here is a link to The Dutch Oven Cookbook (http://www.macscouter.com/Cooking/docs/DOCookbk.pdf). It is a great resource with lots of great recipes and how-to's. I have used it countless times. It even has briquette=temp ratios for being precise in your baking. Enjoy.

With Acrobat you can do a "Snapshot" under the tools and cut and paste just the sections you want into a Word document to print. You only get what you want that way.

If you carry an ipad or notebook, just download it as a book, and then you have it complete with you., saves lots of time going thro it and taking out what you want.. or think you want..

I put it on the desktop of both my regular computer and my laptop, and will get it downloaded to my tablet and phone.

I've camped with my sons (not on bikes) and used dutch ovens and really enjoyed using them. Never tried to use one while camping with the bike because of the weight. Do you use smaller ones or are there lighter ones? I think I remember seeing aluminum ones advertised.

Willie the folks that use Dutch ovens while Moto Camping are usually trailer pullers.
