Hey guys...
I wanted to show how my GS looks fully packed when on the road.
The first pic is my GS and my friend Ted (RSTed1000 on adv). He has an '05 GS and his Jesse box is located where his rear passenger seat is.
His bike on the left, mine on the right.

Here is my bike (with me riding down the road).
I preferred to mount my Jesse bag on the rear and put my drybag over the rear seat (so I can use as a softer backrest).
Left Jesse:
holds tools, MSR stove, bottled water stuff like that
Right Jesse:
holds clothes, 12 pk of beer and crap
Dry Bag:
holds tent, sleeping bag and sleeping pad and folding ice chest (holds a 6pk)
Jesse Top Box:
misc crap and food for cooking
This was enough for several weeks on the road.
