I just bought a new Slime Power Sport Tire Inflator and it seems to be a real nice piece of equipment. It came with 4 different types of adapters so you can hook it up almost any why you want and it own carry case. You can remove the air hose and power adapter so packing is a breeze. It dose not pump as fast as my old pump but it packs a lot better.
Here is what you get.

Not sure I would pay $29.99 for one but I got mine with a $20 rebate so it only cost $9.99.
I gave a low rating because it's new and I want to see how it holds up.

I got one of those before our October trips. Have not had to use it yet so it must be good luck!

I've had one for a couple months now. It's not as powerful as the other one I was carrying,
maybe 10% less perceived power. However, the size and case are great so that beats any
minor power difference.
Don't forget to actually rate this guys, for those that have one. The member ratings are shown
in the first post.
I have this one ,too. I haven't used it other than to try it out to make sure it works. I like it. When I saw the deal at Autozone I picked up two more. Gave one to my neighbor for Christmas and still have a spare.

I have the same unit as well. Haven't used it to inflate a flat tire, but have used it on soft tires during longer rides. It packs well and works.... for a reasonable price too.

I have only used mine to add a pound or two on a trip (knock on wood) I have not had a flat to need it or the tire patch kit .
If I could just find the tire patch kit ????
For size and connections I found it hard to beat,
It did well in the tests from some sites also.
Just seems to fit well in the side bags also
I have used it to help another travaler out .Worked very well and often as we had about 50 miles to go and he had a leak that would only let him go about 5 to 10 miles at a time.
He had a tube tire without a spare tube or irons .
It got him to help which makes it worth the cost right there

I also own one, and have been happy with it, so far. Highly recommended piece of kit.

I have used one, borrowed from my brother in law, to re-inflate an ATV tire when I popped a bead loose while trail riding. Reseated the tire and pumped it up, no problem. After running for quite a while it did get hot, but did not quit. As far as I know he still uses it. It probably would not get near as hot in the short time it would take to air up a motorcycle tire.

Bought mine and one for a friend last Christmas. Tried it out in my garage where I had a full size compressor, just in case.
Dropped my motorcycle tire pressure to 3 pounds, hooked the Slime unit up to the bikes battery (2008 BMW R1200GS) and in about three minutes, tire was fully inflated.
Seemed to work very well. Was noisy, but not as loud as I am after pumping by hand for half an hour. Got a little warm, but again, not as hot as I get. Got the job done, but then, so do I.
I would recommend this to anyone needing a compressor for the road. If you wait until it's on sale, it is highly recommended. By the way, the local BMW dealer has the same item, name number and all, for $42....
I would give this item a 8 1/2 out of 10, only because the little valve clip is a little hard to get hooked on. Time will tell how it lasts, but at $9.95, if you use it once and it save time and effort, it's worth it....
