Looks like fun... are there only BMW's at these rallys? This is in my back yard.

I was looking at that, it says only BMW riders and their guests? Most Beemer rally's all bikes are welcome, wonder what gives?

I would guess they are welcoming to all brands. The local BMW dealership here in upstate NY is a very nice place with great people. I take my Honda there for inspections and they treat me well. They keep teasing me to sit on one of their new rides knowing I could be tempted too easily!

I suppose they expect most of the attendees to be on BMW's as that's what they probably have had most times before (just a guess).

I do not think that they will turn anyone away. Most of the seminars are BMW related but the people are great. Great roads from what I hear.

Ron, The roads here are great! There are lots of loops a person can ride all around the Finger Lakes, with plenty of places to stop for food or views. For anyone interested in local history involving motorcycles & aircraft, there is the Glenn Curtiss Museum in Hamondsport. For racing fans there is Watkins Glen. Great campgrounds and great little hotels/motels/B&B's. Plus the many wineries all have tours!
