Beautiful, A very lucky find. Sometimes on a trip trying to ride untill you get tired and need sleep you find some run down #*&!holes, not this time this was a jewel. Asphalt right to the paved site parking, Nice semi secluded camp sites, ultra clean bathhouse (HOT water), Very nice knowledgible staff. Beautiful scenery, lots of animal activity. Just off of 441 with easy access to I75. Even with a very lo speed limit in this park watch for animals, it is a preserve and they roam freely.

How are the mosquitoes at the campground? Mosquitoes and I don't get along very well, so I like camping up in the mountains where it?s cold at night or in the desert.

They were not bad at all, Florida was burning when I was there and I thought the fires north of this site would run insects south out of the smoke. I don't know where but they weren't here. Alabama was terrible, mosquitoes looked like they could carry the ST off.
