Ride through:
- HUGE Redwood trees (hwy 101 to Orick recommended)
- The Mountains
- Around Mountain lakes and streams
- Pine trees
- Fern valleys
- Ride the twisty-turny roads
- Back-country towns
- Rugged coastal areas (hwy 101 to Orick recommended)
This trip is mapped out to be mainly backroads and twisties.
There is very little coastal riding on Hwy 101 - but it could very easily expanded.
There are a few miles of interstate 5 - but worry not; it is very nice, and as far from slab-riding as you can get.
