What are the dates you are going to be here? You might want to catch a game at Minute Maid Diamond (beautiful ball field BTW), see a show at the Alley, hang out at one of the many ice houses. Whatever you feel like doing, you can pretty much do here.

Yeah if you've never been to a Texas ice house, that is a must attend!!!!! Maybe they have them in Alabama also, but Texas is the only place I've ever been that referred to them as an ice house.

Once you get to Houston any local can direct you to the best of the best. Ask when you get there, or sherob and trailace can take you out to a couple.
