I am an owner here at Water's Edge so my opinion is really biased but I like to think we are one of the best campgrounds in CT. I tried to enter the ratings numbers as honestly as I can considering my position.
Location:
Water's Edge Family Campground is located just off CT Rt207 in Lebanon, CT. which is in the center of the eastern half of the state. 30 miles from Hartford. 15 miles from Norwich.
Weather:
April and May: 50's during the Day and 40's at Night
June: 60's-70's during the Day and 50's at Night
July and August: High 70's to mid 90's during the Day and 60's-70's at Night
Sept: 60's-70's during the day and 50's at Night
Oct: 50's during the Day and 40's at night
Area Riding:
Roads in the area are great for Motorcycling. There are only a few Highways and mostly winding secondary roads. There are also many Scenic Roads in CT. with all the rolling hills and farmland.

Campground Season is April 15th to October 15th.
