Looks like the key to that riding technique is just keep the throttle on and hang on! Roll onto your head (or neck stump)... and just keep the revs up and go go go!!!

I would imagine it helps to have a tourniquet around your neck so in the event your head pops off, you just sinch now good and you're okay..
