Not really a Camping item, but we all take Pictures while traveling....So I thought I would tell you all about it. I found this while looking around our local Biglots store.
It is a Targus Table-Top Tripod. You may be able to get one at a Biglots if you have one near you, you can look on their website.
I thought this would be a good item as a lot of you are traveling with space as a premium. It is less than 5? long and 1? around when collapsed. The legs expend up to 6" when set up. This would good for all of us as it can fit in your pocket when not in use.
It can be found at the following 2 links or maybe at the third one if you have a Biglots near you. I paid $3.99 at Biglots.

Right on time! :D I'm looking for one of these for the new digicam, and some of the prices I've seen are a wee bit outrageous ....

Is it working well for you? Well built? I know you can't hang from it, but is it at least a little sturdy?

Thanks for offering a review! :)

I just got it and just now tried it out. Yes it works well and I would say, while not top quality, it is well worth the money and I don?t see it falling apart anytime soon. I have included 2 of my own pictures in the original post, one with just the legs collapsed and one with them all the way out. Yes, that is a 9 volt battery for size comparison?lol

Chris, if that first picture shows the legs all the way extended, you need to edit your review as you've stated the legs extend 6' and I think you meant 6". Let me know if I'm wrong.
