Dang, I was in a Harbor Freight store just yesterday. I sure like the price and I'd be happy to try one out. A guy just can't have too many flashlights, you know?

I called them tonight and they won't have them in stock until tomorrow, right off the truck...

It just so happens, I saw these torches at my local " supercheap " auto store this morning... $7.50 AUD...I bought 1 and got home and tested it..... went in again this arvo and got another ... brilliant !!! ( and there bright )..... think'n of getting another pair, reason being..the switch mounted in the tail end has a " cheap " feel about it and may fail... but I figure.. for the price, worth the " throwaway " concept.

Bought 3 of these for Christmas stocking stuffers not expecting too much. Put the 3 provided batteries in one of them and was surprised at the nice bright light for such a cheap 8 LED flashlight. Has a rubber button on/off switch on the butt end of the flashlight with a good positive click to it. Hopefully the square edges on the flashlight will get it from rolling off the picnic table at a campsite. I'm keeping one for myself, so now only 2 "stocking stuffers" will be available.

Thanks for sharing this. I saw the mini flashlight (http://www.lightflashlights.com/) was very well. I like it very much. I would like to know whether there is such a style.

I bought 4 of them at harbor freight when they were on sale for 4 dollars last year. They work great.

I picked up the exact same light (as far as I can tell) from a display in the checkout line at that great grocery/camping supply store at Grand Canyon Park last month. It cost about $3 more than the HF price (batteries included). One difference - it's red, not black. My daughter says it's pink but I disagree. At any rate, that might make it a little easier to find in the dark. Or maybe not.
I'm very impressed with the amount of light it puts out. It's definitely going in my tank bag.

I grabbed three of them the other day at autozone. The camoflage was on sale for $1.99. I tested them all out and got the three brightest. And yep... I took one of them on my TAT trip. WORKED GREAT.

Thank you. I wish I was 30 years younger and still had my Elsinore 250 street and trail.

That is a great light. I have several.
Over here in VA the Advanced Auto stores are selling them at the regular price of $2.50.
