Greetings and thanks for having me. I found a reference to this site on the Road Runner Magazine forums and thought I'd stop by and check it out. Glad I did! P^

I've been riding for about 20 years and started M/C camping last summer while touring around the Blue Ridge Parkway and points north. Here's my bike all loaded just prior to departure:

Had an absolute blast and will be doing more this summer when I take off for a three week trip with a very loose schedule, though I wont be on the Boulevard in the picture above. Instead, I'll be on this beautiful 2009 FJR I picked up last August.

I hope to learn a lot and maybe pass along a nugget or two that I've picked up.

Welcome to the site!!!! Is alot of information here and good people. How far west will you be headed? If You are headed to the Black Hills, Bighorns, Montana Rockies, Devils Tower, Yellowstone or the Tetons you will be in our stomping grounds. Let us know if how much time you have and can sure fill in any extra time with roads to ride. Some of our favorites for sure.

I plan on leaving home on June 3rd and wont have to be back at work until the 27th. :D

Other than dropping the wife off in upstate NY, and spending a couple of days in southern NH visiting some family, I have no real destination in mind, just a journey.
