Haven't been on that road since 1990, but it sure sticks in the memory, my wife and I and another couple spent several days in the area, we camped just outside of Lake Louise. Very majestic area. Did you get to the Columbia ice fields and walk on the glacier? Danny

No we didn't. We had a ton of miles put in everyday and the pace only allowed us some sightseeing off the bike - which I think we spent shopping in Jasper.

We figure, this is a riding/camping trip and it's also some recon for bringing the SOs back at a later time to smell the roses... or, Ice in this case...

I think we packed about 10-12 different trips into one 14-day trip and it really spoiled us for riding other areas of the country... glad I like in Dallas where it's flat so I can quickly appreciate even the smallest hill...
