We stayed here for multiple days last week. Cost was about $20 per night and was reserved through the nps site. Water and flush toilets were provided but showers were about 5 miles away at Fishing Bridge and cost $3.25 each. Firewood was $7 per box. Each campsite had a fire ring, picnic table and access to a bear box. The main portion of the campground was in a large field on a hillside ... very open with little shade. If you want more secluded sites try to avoid loops a-d ... I strongly recommend loops I and J.
Even with the large number of campers in the area, the site quieted down pretty well after 10:30. The campsite was near to an amphitheater where very interesting ranger programs were held nightly. Wildlife frequented the campground with bison and mule deer wandering through rather regularly. The campground wasn't a bad experience overall but was not what we were expecting from a yellowstone camping trip. Unfortunately this was the busiest time of year and all the other campgrounds were already filled.
