View Full Version : I'm going to be on Side Stand Up!

If you're interested, AND you're not watching the finals of Dancing with the Stars, I'm going to be on Side Stand Up (http://sidestandup.com/default.aspx), interviewed by Carla King. I will be talking about some of my travels and historic highways. There are hundreds of them ... and you thought US 66 was the only one! I should be able to get in a plug for motorcycle camping and MotoCampers.com--where all the good people hang out. P^

The program airs live Tuesday, 5/25, 7-9 p.m. EDT. I will be on with Carla 8:15-8:40 p.m. If you should miss it, you can always listen to the recorded version.

Ara Gureghian, The Oasis for my Soul, will also be on the program. I am not sure who is interviewing Ara, or exactly what time, but this should be worth your time. Sorry, I don't know if Spirit will also be interviewed. He may speak!

Will that be recorded to DVD? ... I don't have cable, can't watch the show ... Sure would like to have a copy of it if at all possable.

George, it's Internet Radio. No TV. Click on the link above to Side Stand Up during the program hours of 7-9 p.m. Eastern time, and you will be able to listen as well as participate in the chat forum. SSU is a pretty good online radio program for motorcyclists.

What a great show, and Carla does a great job interviewing. I try not to miss the show and it is great to be able to chat and ask questions while you listen.

If you want to listen to the show after it occurs (as most of our listeners do), it's available in iTunes, or as a direct download from

Some big names have been on the show including Craig Vetter, Dave Despain (he's on tomorrow leading a discussion on loss of riding areas), Fred Rau, and many people who have done some serious riding.
