Just happened to fall on this product from RedLine Technical Group. Easy way to add light in your trunk and saddlebags. Just ordered a trunk light and I will let you know how good it works when I get it. Could also be added to the inside lid of a trailer or camper for those late arrivals at a camping site.

A good idea, but kinda pricy! I just use a LED puck light from the yellow smiley place. It's not that hard to push the light to turn it on. About $3-$4 plus batteries!. Call me cheap, 'cause that's what I am!!

LED puck light.....That's what I have now and it's the reason I'm going to a more efficient and pratical lighting system.
More expensive, yes... 'cause I'm not cheap and that's the way I am! LOL!

Not a bad solution, but I like mine better:

No batteries and you can charge a cell phone in your trunk.

I've used the cheap stick-on for about three years now and like them.

With a puck light, sometimes I would open the trunk and the light would be on. Batteries wouldn't last and I would have to pack accordingly to avoid anything touching the light. I'll just say that it has now been.... recycled!

Mellow, you do have a nice set up. For myself, I recharge my power pack or cool my favorite beverages with a Koolatron cooler in my trailer as I am going down the road. My phone and GPS get continuous power from a 12V outlet located on my fairing's right panel. Conclusion, we all do our own thing and make it work for our own needs. That's great!
