I test packed the bike for a two week ride back in October 09.

As it turned out I took too much crap :D

I had a great ride through three states here in Australia and covered 4600 km on the trip. P^

Next time I will take less or go for longer :tent4:

Welcome to the site ockerstrom,

Nice pack job and I like that white Wee, I'm not sure we can get that in the states.

Very nice! P^

I have a large zipper bag I just throw acorss the back seat that keep all of my stuff. Since my wife likes to go so much I'm now looking at small trailer rigs. I too have a white bike ;)

Post some pictures of camps and scenery when you go on a ride

Welcome, ockerstrom

Is a good looking set, you probably need more stuff, though:)

Glad you are here.

Geez I'm slack.

Been back a few times and had a look at what is going on but have not posted.

Thanks for the replies and the welcome.

I am off for four days at the end of the week for the Stromtrooper Australia annual get together. :tent3:

I have also picked up a pair of RJays touring saddle bags and I am going to remove the topbox and fit a wider rack.
The tent bag will be strapped to the rack and the rest of the gear will be packed in saddle bags [I'm taking less crap this time :trash1: ].

The bike now has around 15,600km on it and I'm having a blast, commuting and touring with no effort, these are such a versatile bike :wow1:

I have tried making a watrproof nav mount with limited success [mainly due to the nav not being visible enough in full daylight].

While I was at it I made a shelf, the Garmin suction mount sticks like glue and the visibility is better.
