I picked up this stove at Wally World for around $25.00 to have as a second stove. I used it at a rally last fall and it is a decent stove. It doesn't have an igniter, or the precise control of my Primus but it does well enough for boiling water and heating soups. It does have a large control knob and stores small. Here is a picture.

Thanks for the report, Ziggy ... I was looking at those, and thinking they would be great for when I traveled solo, and without the trailers.
Wondered how well they worked ...
Tell me ... How long does a canister of fuel last?

Quite a while. I have one also, bought it in a pinch when my 30 year old Coleman gas stove died. I bought it because I could get the canisters at Wally's and theoretically never run out:)

I like it because it has a good range of temps, from blaster to simmer. So far, not a single complaint, maybe 20 uses....

Oh, yeah. It rides around in a coffee cup. The pack size is a plus...

G wizz I would be making a guess here but I would say that it would burn for 1.5 -2 hours continuously. I just use mine to boil water and heat soups, etc with the occasional cooking of things like breakfast foods. When you consider you only use it about 5 minutes at a time they last a good while. MSR makes a canister that is larger and smaller than the one shown attached to the stove. I posted somewhere that MSR made two sizes when indeed it was three. The pot holder on this stove is a little more robust than my Primus, but I've had no problems with either as far as pots setting on them.

I also have the same little stove and have been really pleased, was looking for something that packs small.
