After almost 7 years of having my front wheel throw water at my boots during storms I bought a Fenda Extenda. It took al of 10 minutes to install and should protect the front of my engine and stop the wet shoe syndrome. $42!

Cool and I'm sure it will help. Hey looks like your oil might be a little low. LOL

Nice. P^

I've heard that on some bikes, a fenda extenda puts some stress on the fender mounting bolts. I'd keep an eye on those.

When I put my Fenda Extenda on, I washed the inside of the fender and used some steel wool to scrub it out, squeezed in some Gorilla glue then removed the tape cover on the fenda unit, and set the fenda in and laid a 25 lb bag of shot on it for a couple days and a clamp on each side. It is solid, no screws.

It's a rental or I would feel much shame.

I have a shorter Pyramid Plastics model. It is very light and will keep debris out of the radiator and engine area. Mounting was easy using PCV cleaner and glue; a bead of rtv silicone was added inside where the fender and extender join.

The previous owner of my Wee had put one on and it's still hanging on just fine. He must have done a good job. I am surprised at how clean the front of the bike is while riding in crappy weather so it must be working!
