I had a great time camping at Barber Homestead Park in Westport, NY. The place is rider friendly and right from the start I got the royal treatment. It’s located on Lake Champlain close to Fort Ticonderoga.
On Saturday nights, a group campfire is held at the pavilion. I had the best time socializing with the regulars.
Amenities include a store, pool, lake swimming, a clubhouse with TV, DVD, fridge and microwave, full Laundromat, clean bathrooms and showers.
