I spent the night in Dry Gulch Provincial Park at Radium Hot Springs, BC about two weeks ago. The park is right off of Rt-95 and not far from town. The camp ground was clean and neat and was nearly empty. Cost was $9 for the night. I got in in the early evening and left early, so I didn't wander around the area so can't tell you if there are any nice hiking trails in the area. Each camp site had a nice substantial bench and I liked the camp ground. P^

Hey, Alan
Couldn't agree with you more about Dry Gulch P.P. We stayed they, along with Ironheadziggy76, when we were on our way to Alaska. The place was clean, but lack certain facilities, but then again that depends on what you want. We didn't get a real good picture of the campsite, but here's one with Ironheadziggy and myself enjoying a nice juicy watermelon taken from the local market.:)

I was following your trip to Alaska and wondered if we would cross paths. I guess camping at the same remote campground is crossing a little bit. :)

there is a trail from the campsite to the hotsprings . $9 is a good deal , i keep makeing the mistake of camping at the provincial sites that have showers . they are $24 .
