I've been wanting these for awhile. Finally grabbed a half dozen at REI the other day to keep with my rainflys. Man, they work sweet.
Insert cord through fly tie down loop, wrap cord around stake(dumbell in picture), one half knot, cinch up, done and tight as a drum. 10 seconds per tie down. ;) You can easily add more tension w/out undoing any knots.
