Went to a ST-Owners event in Lebenon, CT Friday May 15th-17th. We were staying at the Water's Edge Campground, owned by GeorgeGeorge. The group camped all around the pavilion and enjoyed chili Friday night and hots/burgers Saturday night right there.

This is me setting up my tent.

The weather getting there was great. I rode with my buddy Paul, who rides an '85 Wing. We slab'd it 375 miles there, and back home Sunday.

This is our quiet, but most gracious host Brian (georgegeorge) bringing a new tire down from his garage to another ST rider with a very worn front tire.

Ate a nice late lunch at Evelyn's Seafood Drive In. Stopped at a light house.
MotoMac made bisquits for us all before we left for our day rides! Thanks Mac!

There were folks from CT, MA, NY, PA, NJ, MD, OH, MI, AZ, TX, Ontario CA.... all over!
Late Saturday night the weather turned bad with a hard downpour & thunder. The morning wasn't too bad, it was only misty & spitty. Packed up and headed back east to Rochester NY via slab again. Glad I packed my heated liner! Wind & cold temps greeted us in Mass. & NY.

This was my first campout of the season, and I tried very hard to pack well & pack light. Didn't accomplish that goal but came close. My list will be adjusted for my next ride. I'm thinking I need to pare my tool bag down. It takes up a little too much space in my pannier. Discovered I packed two hats! And while I like sneakers for around the camp, I may switch to my sandles which pack in less space.

Now I know there where some ST1300's there so I can only assume that they took a differant route so they wouldn't have to wait on the 1100's :D.

All the ST1300 riders were smart enough to say "no" to that very ambitious loop ride. It took us a l l d a y. "Lunch" was consumed at 2:30pm. :)

Yeah the rest of us were almost done eating dinner by the time that 1100 group rolled in. The ride I lead left 3 hours later (10:00AM) and got back 3 hours earlier (4:30PM). Then we got to relax. ST1100 riders apparently don't like to relax!!!

Sorry I missed this one Joe and I planned on going but he had to bail due to family issue.

Looks like you had a great time.
