I have purchased the down bag I?ve always wanted. I haven?t tried it out yet in any actual camping situation, so I'll have to let you all know how it goes. This bag is spacious, warm (may-be too), well constructed, lightweight and very compressible. It measures 36?x36?x 96,? with about a 5?to 7? loft, yet with the provided compression bag will compress to 8?x<12.? The bag is rated to 0 degrees, which for me might mean it?s good down to around freezing. The bag was not delivered in the indicated colors, it turned out to be lime-green and black. Literature with the bag states that it uses 750-fill power goose down ? which is quite good for the price of $245 which included shipping. It is reported to use a ?shell and liner that is wind and water resistant, breathable, lightweight, strong and durable.? Features include:
Compression bag
Oversized draft tubes
YKK zipper
Ergonomic hood
Ground level Zipper
Overlapping construction

Conclusion: Roomy, warm, very compressible, well constructed, fair price.

I bought this on ebay. The seller is still indicating the color is blue also the specifications vary a bit from the bag that was delivered. It could be that this is a newer replacement, because the specs, as stated in the accompanying literature, are better ie, slightly larger, higher quality fill (750 vs. 700). The ebay seller has also lowered his price by $5, what's with that? I have also seen it on other internet sites.

Ordered this bag (from the E-bay seller) on 12th April and Fedex put it on my porch on the 14th. Thats fast and shipping was free. Color is black and mustard (lime), and fill is 750. Hopefully this will end the shivering I always get in my 25 dollar K-mart Special. Thanks again Headdoc427 for your very timely and useful information. A good cold weather test will have to wait as its not very cold here in Bakersfield CA.

Great! Can't wait to hear your impressions. Looks to be a great bag. I still don't think its possible to find a bag that's roomier, as warm, and will pack as small as this bag

Gentlemen I am new here so hello, and I’ve had the same bag for one season and I like it so far. I’m a cold blooded sleeper and I manage to stay warm enough at altitude with the backside 0* bag. It has enough room, the main reason for buying this bag, but doesn’t pack as small as I’d like. All in all I’m happy with the bag and have stopped a year’s long quest to find a bag I’m happy with.
