It wouldn’t be so bad but they will only pay me for up to 20 hours of OT :( I am trying to cut it down to just 10 hours of OT a week, I have found a TN3270 emulator for my phone now to find a Cisco VPN client and I can do my thing on Saturdays as long as I have a phone signal :D

Steve,
Is that a Cycleport 'asphalt surfing suit' you are wearing in your avatar? If so, how do you like it?
p.s. Hope everything ok with the 'microwave job".

Bob, yep it is a Cycleport 'asphalt surfing suit' it is the mesh one and for Texas it is great.
In the summer you still sweat a little but as soon as you start to roll it feels like ridding in the shade of a bridge. I figure if I go down I may break some bones but I wont loose a lot of hide :)
In the winter I put the rain liner in to break the wind and dont have any problems using layers, but I did get a Gerbing Jacket liner but I have not tried it yet, been using their G3 gloves for 2 years and they are great

I bought one same color a couple of years ago. I like it a lot both for summer and colder riding. I did 'crash test' it up in the Yukon Territory last summer. Didn't leave any skin on the road, but I got some leg and knee injuries. Probably would have been much worse if I was just wearing jeans. I wore out a pair of jeans, wearing them under that Kevlar. I suppose that is a downside, but I think these suits are about the best and safest on the market.
Two years ago I rode across the Mojave desert in July and maaaan, was it hot! Triple digit temps, much in the teens. I had the suit on with just LDComfort shorts, synthetic T-Shirt and a wet vest. It was soooo hot that every time I opened my face shield I slammed it back shut. I think that suit was a life saver for me with the heat. Didn't help that I was riding the Goldwing - they generate their own heat. That suit was the only 'shade' in hundreds of miles.
Wayne now has the suit in hi-viz yellow/green. I was hessitant to buy one of those, but I kind of wish I did.
