Mountain Trails Campground

Mt. Trails Campground is located in Rochester right off Route 100, one of the best sport touring roads in Vermont. Stayed here in June of 06. Nice sites with grass, pic table and fire ring. No playground, no pool, no lights at night in the campground which was real nice. The bath house was not new/ moden but was clean and decent. Food stores are close by (< 3 miles) and at the bottom of the mountain at VT Route 100 junction there is a nice swimming hole on the White River with picnic tables ect.

Just followed the link and it said the campground was closing.

I saw the same link, too bad as this was a nice spot.

I will be camping in VT this May / June and will report back on an alternate campground.
