We (my wife and I) have stayed in this campground once last year. It is a GA State Park campground. The park is within walking distance of the beach. The facilities are clean with host water. has a camp store. There is a coin operated laundry mat. It is about 15 miles from Savannah GA. The ride to-from the town is very nice. I recommend this for anyone moto camping. There are some semi-primitive sites and full hook ups for camper trailers. You can really relax here, Not too much traffic, great scenery and wildlife. Deer and squirrels will come up to allow hand feeding. I would suggest keeping all food items covered as raccoons are present. Each full hook up site has a camping pad that is elevated about 6 inches with a sand mixture for easy set up of tents or stakes, plus allows the rain not to collect on the pad. Overall a good campground!
