A good friend of mine throws a BBQ every year on or around the first weeken of April - 4/1 this year. Some of you might know him as Hotglue and he's had a Wing in the past but is now on a Harley. Don't let that get in the way of the great food/get together he and his wife put on.
They live in Friendswood, just southeast of Houston.
On that Friday we usually go to Hooters. On Saturday, the food is usually ready by 1pm.
If you are interested in some of the best BBQ vs. anything you've ever thought was good at some BBQ joint, email me and let me know you plan on going and I'll provide some directions. He doesn't like the idea of a map of his place floating around the internet so be sure to email me.
