Wintry mix in Houston

We had a little rain,snow,sleet north of Cleveland [thats Texas]north of Houston.Now it is just cold. What part of Houston. I am between Cleveland and Coldspring.

We're expecting a little wintry mix here in DeRidder tonight also. Camping would be chilly. However, it couldn't be any worse than the 24 degrees we encountered in Kerrville. I'm in!!!

I remember those snow falls. Two days of no one knowing what to do, and then it's all gone! Lived around Houston for quite a few years. We lived on the west side moving from apartment to apartment every year for three years. Finally settled in Newport when we sold our house in central Texas. Didn't like fire ants and killer bees! Fire ants literally "ate" my dog overnight when he died!

Live in Wisconsin now where long term snow keeps those evil critters down there in the south land. :)

We still have an undeveloped lot up near Livingston. They have a camp ground area where we could spend a night or two if we wanted. Some day we should make a trip back just for the fun of it. Have to bring our own beer though. Dry county. :(

A lot of county in Texas are changing just last year Houston county went wet.
