Fed Ex dropped it off today. I took a short ride after I got off work and I was really pleased. I haven't got to try it in the rain yet but it works well in colder weather. All I had on was a long sleeve tee and a pair of overalls under it and I was comfortable on a 20+ mile ride at 23 degrees. The zippers work well with velcro overlays on all the zippers including the ones on the legs. Basically it's what I would call an insulated rain suit. It has velcro at the sleeve cuffs to close it off tightly as well as velcro around for the collar. It has a nice padded material around the inside of the collar.

It has no armor in it, but I did get to check out the padding thanks to either an owl or a hawk that swooped down and hit me in the chest and forearm at about 60. I guess it's broken in now! :p

I got a hawk in the knee last year. Even with armored ride pants that smarts, although the hawk got the short end of the stick. At least it wasn't a deer.

Good luck on your suit, Guy

Hey, that looks cool. We have a one piece rain suit that goes over our riding gear, but its not insulated. Thank the gods it was padded for impact:) Don't bring it to California though It Never Rains In California:D
