Has anyone used a set of Rev-Pack bags? If so what did you think of them? I'm thinking of buying one of their bags and wondering how good they are.

Thanks, Guy

I've had one for several years but recently upgraded to hard luggage for my main travelling...... i like what the Revpak is capable of.

my only complaint (and its a small one) is depending on what you are loading AND how tightly you are trying to cinch it down the 3/4" mounting strap buckles can come apart........IMO it would be better if the revpak had the 1" straps (and corresponding 1" buckles) that the expedition version of the bag has.

keep in mind i was really overloading the bag :D IE everything and the kitchen sink.... lol you can really pack some stuff in there.

their product is nicely made and i have had absolutely zero issues with quality.. the stitching is still solid and with a good coating of 303 the bag is virtually waterproof.

i'll give it a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars just taking off for the 3/4" (instead of 1") mounting straps. its a great deal for the amount of luggage space you get.

anyone with some sewing skills could easily upgrade the straps to 1" but that is modding and this review is of the base product :-)

KOokaloo!
