Has anyone camped at Lake Arrowhead sp near Wichita Falls? Wondering if it'sa good place to camp and go dual sport riding.

I was just there a couple weeks ago on my way back from NM/CO.

I have no idea about Dual Sporting there, it appears to be the typical lake where everyone from the nearby town, WF, goes... lots of boaters/fishers.

It was easy to get to and the rangers were very nice, killed wasps that were all over my picnic table and even delivered firewood for me.

Thanks Joe! It looks pretty good, I'll definitely make a trip up there soon. Did you make a reservation or just roll in?

I just rolled in... this was the weekend before July 4th. There was some car traffic in the park but I didn't ride around it to see how full it was.
