Hi,

How did your holiday weekend go (If your outside the USA I hope your weekend went well also). I went to the lake for a family reunion. While filling up the boat again, I thought how far could I go for this $120 I'm putting in the boat if I was putting it in the DR. I used over $250 in gas in a 4 day weekend and didn't travel very far at all. I shouldn't use that much on a week long bike trip and travel across at least three states. But the kids really like riding in that tube. O'well what are you gona do.

I spent the weekend putting up vinyl railing around the SO's porch and steps. Didn't get on a motorcycle or camp. Just sweated a lot and cursed under my breath a lot. Every section of railing had to be cut and even two sections were a different height than the other two so I had to cut the stantions to make them all the same size. It looks better than the old rusty wrought iron she had. I leave for a trip to CA in a couple of days, so I'll be on the road again!!! No camping this trip. Gold Wing gets to air it out a bit this time.

I spent the week at ocean lakes campground in myrtle beach sc. I carried the klr inhe truck, it was really a blast zipping around on the bike and watching the bikini babes.

About 16 of us rode to Cook Forest State Park in PA for our annual camping trip. Got in on Thursday and came home on Sunday. Set up camp in the rain which started about 5 minutes after our kick stands hit the ground. That was the only rain we had all weekend except for when I got to within 10 miles from home.

We rode around the PA countryside most of Friday and hit routes 6, 66, & 666.

Saturday some of our group went canoeing and the rest went to visit craft shops.

Best time all weekend was spent riding around PA on the bike.
