View Full Version : How am I doing?

Well it's hard to believe, but I've been here a month already. Sense this my first forum to join, I'm sure I made some kind of thread fauxpas of some kind somewhere down the line. So I'm just wondering how I'm doing. If you've got any suggestions I'd like to hear them. Posting to much. Posting to little. Irrelevant information. What ever, let me know.
Thanks, Guy

:wow1: You got me beat! I've been here better than a year and haven't gotten 100 posts. We could all probably stand to talk less and camp more! :D

Hey Guy, I think your doing just fine. I alway's enjoy any new posts here at motocampers. It can get really quiet here at times.
Just keep em comming. :D

Doing great so far, keep it coming. I'm retired and should be finishing my basement but I'd rather be here reading or out riding.

You need to find more cheap stuff for us to put on our bikes, and buy up a bunch to send out... bribery is good ;-)

Ditto, you're going just fine. I've been pretty busy at work lately so not a lot of time on the net.. I'm glad you are helping to keep the momentum going here.. bravo!

Know what you mean...do I post too much for a newbie on the forum?
Actually, we always look forward to your posts!
Usually you, Ziggy, White Knight, Blues Traveler, or Mellow have us rolling on the floor laughing at your humor.
I still laugh at you guys saying "whats everybody pointing at"?
Keep it up! You have very interesting opinions and questions that we all enjoy.

Do you post too much for a newbie? Not at all, I still consider myself a noob to this site and the folks on here have been great. I love to see all the pictures that people post of their ride reports, although I do have to go to the public library sometimes to see them clearly. I'm hoping that soon DSL will be offered in my rural area, and then maybe I can drag my wife kicking and screaming into the age of a new computer.:p But then again, how would I ever live without Windows 98 1st edition?:D

Long as we think we have something more to learn (noob) we can learn things .
Its when we think we know it all that we get into trouble .
You mean some people still dont have broadband ?

Broadband? Thats those big leather watchbands we wore in the 70's right? :p
The biggest thing that frustrates me is when I take pictures with my digital camera I have to have them put on disc, and then upload them to Photobucket, which takes forever with my connection. I just click upload and go to bed and hopefully the next morning they are done. :o
I think if I keep bugging my cousin and nephew with this, they will finally give me their old computers and buy a new one. :D
