A cheap helmet light

Hi All,

Guy here with another odd review. I saw this video and thought what is he doing with a cap light on his helmet.

Then I saw this at Wal-Mart for $9.94 and thought what the heck I'll give it a try. Turns out it's very handy, you can look down at your mapcase with out digging out a light first. Look at your instruments or GPS, dig though your tank bag, see stuff beside the road or shine a light on street signs all without taking your hands off the handlebars. It may even and to safety with an extra light bobbing around on the bike, people may notice it and wonder what it is therefor pay attention. Sense it's LED, batteries should last a while but I haven't had it long enough for a battery test. If you ride with a helmet with a visor, try it out you might like it.

Great little light, have had mine since last summer. Got one of my own after seeing it on a friends hat during a camping trip. Now whenever I know I'll be covering some miles at night I clip it on the visor of my Arai XD.

I clipped mine on the top of the visor so I can take advantage of the tilting function. Yes, this light once mounted can be tilted our should I say, pointed down as the back will tilt up to look down instead of straight out in front of you.

As for battery life, mine are dead at this time. Dug it out of my camping gear the other day and noticed That I had somehow left it on, DOH!!!

Its a GREAT little light, found mine at WallMart in the fishing gear area.

Wonder if it's legal to ride with it turned on? There are so many laws regarding vehicle lighting, I'd think it might be too high for a white light on the front of a vehicle.
